Project Description
PropDialer is a lean outreach tool that helps off-market property buyers uncover deals by AI cold call and SMS-messaging homeowners, replacing traditional VA to screen potential sellers.
We used bolt to create the front end, Cursor to vibe code connection to AWS for backend storage, Lamda API, Seasalt service for phone call and sms connection, Claude for AI calling.
