Project Concept
The idea is to build a library or suite of agents that can unsubscribe to subscription on behalf of a user. E.g. An agent that can unsubscribe to Netflix or Wall Street Journal.
This might be done either by agent calling the customer care and actually calling on the customer’s behalf or using browser to go through the unsubscribe flow.
