Project Concept

We built a chrome extension that helps you better understand really dense websites. You can ask it to generate dynamic and/or interactive visualizations. This makes it easier to learn and understand text heavy website or really complex ideas in a blog post by generating a visual way to explain those ideas.

The chrome extension use CopilotKit and communicates with a backend running a Mastra agent over AG-UI.

The backend agent has several tools that it uses to parse tables or HTML and loads visualization specific (charts, data-viz, mockups) design guidelines and CSS styles. It calls a render visualization tool implemented in the chrome extension that embeds the generated HTML in an iframe.

Founding Engineer at SageOx Inc.

Brainstormed the idea and developed the backend Mastra agent generated the dynamic HTML visualizations and connected to the chrome extension using AG-UI.

I spent most of my career in data and ML related roles. I was in the SQL Server engine team until 2011. I was the founder of a TechStars 2013 company. I was the first data and ML hire at Remitly. There, I built up the data engineer, business analytics and ML teams. After leaving Remitly, I was the engineer manager at Apple AI/ML infrastructure team. But, I realized I was still a startup person at heart. I worked on Thunk.AI agent harness during 2025. And, now I'm one of the engineers at SageOx where we are building the company hivemind for agent first startups.

I'm looking for other agent pill engineers that are interesting in working in a very fast paced environment.

Carsten Winsnes is an accomplished engineering leader with over 15 years of experience in software development and technology management. Currently employed as a Staff Engineer at RenderedAI and is seeking co-founders for new ventures. Carsten holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and has co-founded several startups, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and technical expertise. His skills include engineering management, software development, team leadership, product planning, and technology architecture.
