Designed the six-step generative-UI flow and ~18-archetype routing that drives Claude's question strategy. Built the CopilotKit v2 integration: single-route runtime, per-request BuiltInAgent on Anthropic Claude Opus 4.7, six useFrontendTool registrations, and the Promise-pausing handler pattern that makes the user's click be the tool result. Built the A2UI v0.9 takeaway surface with interleaved AI dream art (gpt-image-1), voice capture via OpenAI Whisper, Better Auth + Neon Postgres persistence with a memory loop, edge next/og share routes, and the Tailwind v4 + hand-written shadcn/ui design system.
I’m Marnel Ramirez, an AI enthusiast and dedicated pharmacy intern at Bartell Drugs, standing at the exciting crossroads of healthcare and technology. My journey has been driven by a passion to solve one of the pressing challenges I’ve faced in pharmacy education: the gap in practical patient interaction experiences. This led me to delve deep into the world of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), exploring how these technologies can revolutionize healthcare education. My current project, an AI based patient simulator app, currently uses the openAI API to simulate patient interactions. This app aims to provide pharmacy students with the crucial patient interaction practice they need but often find lacking in traditional education settings.
Keen on exploring AI advancements, especially in integrating and fine-tuning open source LLMs for cost efficiency and mastering prompt engineering. As a self-taught developer, I aim to enhance my GitHub repo management and delve into ML DevOps. Eager to collaborate with UI/UX designers to optimize user flows, design intuitive interfaces, and execute effective pilot programs.
Introducing LeetCare: The LeetCode for Healthcare Students, addressing a critical gap in healthcare education—insufficient patient interaction practice. Our AI-driven, personalized patient simulator app provides dynamic and realistic scenarios for immersive learning. This app aims to cultivates more experienced, empathetic, and culturally competent healthcare providers. Through LeetCare, aiming to ensuring future professionals are well-prepared to deliver exceptional patient care.
