What is AI Tinkerers?

AI Tinkerers is a meetup designed exclusively for active builders, including engineers, creative technologists, and vibe-coders, who are building and shipping products with foundation models and generative AI.

If you’re deeply passionate about creating LLM-powered applications, have hands-on experience in building such systems, and are eager to connect with like-minded individuals who share your level of commitment, then this group is the perfect fit for you.

When? Where?

  • Date: Thursday, March 27th, 2025 from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Location: 1605 Boylston Ave, Seattle, WA 98122 (Foundations)

Same venue as last month. It’s a 2 minute walk to the Capitol Hill light rail station, or $15 parking across the street (Harvard garage). 🍕 Food will be served.

Agenda

  • Mainstage Demos: 6:30pm - 3 select demos, 10 minutes each with Q&A
  • Science Fair: 7:00pm - Hands-on community demos at stations throughout the venue
  • Networking: 7:00pm - Trade notes with like-minded individuals who are also building in the AI space

Demos (Submit early!)

All demos will be approved, as this event allows for Demo Stations. A few demos will be selected to present on the Mainstage (if this is you, we’ll reach out a few days in advance, so submit your demo now!)

Mainstage presenters are capped at 10 minutes, but we encourage reserving half of that for Q&A.

Demo Station presenters can demo as long as they’d like, but we recommend capping it at 30 minutes so you have time to see other demos!

Remember: AI Tinkerers is not a pitch forum or a demo day. There are plenty of other meetups well suited to that. AI Tinkerers is akin to the Homebrew Computer Club of today’s technology. We want your messy side projects, works-in-progress, and experiments that are on the cutting edge.

The event is generously sponsored by Langflow.

Langflow is a powerful tool for building and deploying AI-powered agents and workflows. It provides developers with both a visual authoring experience and a built-in API server that turns every agent into an API endpoint that can be integrated into applications built on any framework or stack. Langflow comes with batteries included and supports all major LLMs, vector databases and a growing library of AI tools. Github ↗
