An MCP Server for the BBC micro:bit

The BBC micro:bit is a small but powerful device, designing for learning and creating with technology. Over 7 million of them have been produced, used by over 30 million students in 70+ countries.

In this science fair demo, I’ll be presenting an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server I’ve developed for the micro:bit. Using MCP with the micro:bit opens up new possibilities for students - enabling them to interact with the device through conversational LLMs, going beyond what they can do today with the standard MicroPython implementation.
